PENNSYLVANIA NATIONAL GUARD PARTAKE IN STATUE REDEDICATION

Members of the Pennsylvania National Guard and other distinguished guests participate in a rededication ceremony for the John F. Hartranft statue at the state Capitol in Harrisburg, Pa., April 17, 2013. Hartranft, a Civil War general, was a Medal of Honor recipient who also served as governor of Pennsylvania, and the first commander of what is now the 28th Infantry Division.
