Thieves Steal 60 Feet of Copper Water Pipe from Planet Fitness Building in Brooklawn

FEBRUARY 2013 Brooklawn Police Press release:

 

On 2/23/13 officers responded to a found burglary at the Planet Fitness building in the Brooklawn Shopping Center.  Sometime during the overnight hours unknown actor(s) removed approximately 60 feet of copper water piping from the building.  Anyone with any information regarding this incident please contact police.

In othe rmatters, 

On 2/1/13 at 9:06am officers responded to the Days Inn Room 124 for a report of a female being held against her will at gunpoint by two unknown males.  After the room was secured by officer’s it was determined that there was no weapon involved nor was there anyone being held against their will.  Through the course of the investigation Tirrelle Hymad Concepion, 32, of Atco was found to be wanted out of Atlantic City for aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes.  He was arrested and transported back to Police headquarters.  Atlantic City PD was then contacted and a meet was arranged to turn the suspect over. 

 

On 2/3/13 at 10:51am an officer initiated a pedestrian stop on two females at Browning Rd and Rt. 130.  Through further investigation Michelle Andrea Lee, 22, of Bellmawr and Christine Eba Bachman, 32, of Camden were found to have active warrants for their arrest.  Both were transported to Police Headquarters, processed, and released after posting partial bail.

 

On 2/7/13 at 8:01am an officer was dispatched to the Red Carpet Inn Room 110 for a report of a female overdosing on an unknown narcotic.  When the officer arrived on scene he spoke to a female who was identified as Jillian Stephanie Kirksey, 31, of Sicklerville.  When the ambulance arrived Jillian became very irate.  Through further investigation Jillian was found to be in possession of a hypodermic needle and also had an active warrant for her arrest.  She was transported to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital to be evaluated and was charged accordingly.

 

On 2/9/13 at 1:20am officers responded to the Westbrook Bowling Alley for a disturbance.  While attempting to establish order at the scene Andre Juan Kinard, 46, of Camden was arrested for disorderly conduct after refusing to obey officers orders.  Through further investigation he was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was transported to Police Headquarters where he was charged accordingly.  

 

On 2/10/13 at 9:41pm Jerry Jason Costello, 30, of Brooklawn was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  Through further investigation he was found to be driving while suspended and had multiple active warrants for his arrest.  Costello was arrested and transported to Police Headquarters.  He was processed and remanded into the Camden County Jail.

 

On 2/11/13 at 2:31pm officers were dispatched to the front of the Days Inn for a suspicious person.  Annie M. Foster, 36, of Pemberton was dropped off there and when asked why she kept changing her story as to why she was there.  Through further investigation she was found to have active warrants out of Camden.  She was brought to Police Headquarters processed and released.  Minutes later, after being released from police custody, she was arrested again for disturbing the peace.  Foster was observed walking on the 400 block of Haakon Rd approaching homes and mailboxes.  She was processed and transported to the transportation center in Camden City.

 

On 2/13/13 at 11:31am an officer observed Timothy Paul Linnman, 49, of Blackwood urinating of the corner of 4th Street and Browning Rd.  The accused was clearly intoxicated; he was arrested, processed at the scene, and transported to his room at the Rainbow Motel.

 

On 2/16/13 at 7:01am officers responded to the East Traffic Circle for a accident where the occupants had fled on foot.  After a brief foot pursuit officers arrested Malcolm Louis Jordan, 22, of Berlin and Christopher Courneilous Boyer, 26, of Atco.  Malcolm was charged with possession of CDS, disturbing the peace, and issued numerous motor vehicle summonses. Christopher, who was passenger, was charged with disturbing the peace.  Both were processed and released with municipal court dates.

 

On 2/21/13 at 6:31pm Krysta Leigh Lacy, 25, of Bellmawr was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.  Through further investigation she was found to have an active warrant out of Pennsauken.  She was brought back to Police Headquarters processed and released with a new court date and issued 2 summonses.  

 

 

On 2/25/13 at 7:05pm Donald F. Eccleston, 42, of Brooklawn was arrested for disturbing the peace and good order after refusing to answer officer’s questions regarding his identity.  He was initially stopped for riding his bicycle with no visible rear lights.  He was processed and released with a municipal court date. 

 

On 2/28/13 at 3:29pm Melissa Leah Wittnewiler, 26, of Westville was observed shoplifting from the Shop Rite by loss prevention.  Melissa attempted to conceal a notebook and make-up in her purse and exit the store.  She was brought to Police Headquarters where she was processed and turned over to Camden PD for an unrelated incident.
