FUGITIVE WANTED FOR MURDER CHARGED WITH SECOND ARMED ROBBERY


Zedrick T. Johnson accused of robbing Delran, N.J. gas station at Zedrick Johnson knifepoint

Burlington County Prosecutor Robert D. Bernardi and Delran Police Chief Alfonso Parente Jr. announced today that a Willingboro, N.J. man wanted for murder was charged with robbing a gas station in Delran, N.J. on February 20, 2013.

Zedrick T. Johnson, 34, with a last known address of 2 Bentley Lane in Willingboro, N.J., was charged with one count of Armed Robbery for robbing the National Fuel gas station on Route 130 North and Tenby Chase Drive at knifepoint. Police were called at 5:30 p.m. yesterday to respond to the robbery. The Delran Police Department responded to the call. The gas station attendant was pushed to the ground during the robbery.

Johnson is also wanted for a February 11, 2013 murder at a Willingboro gas station and a February 12, 2013 armed robbery of a Willingboro convenience store.
