BELLMAWR NJ--Future stars - Pitchers line up in the "tunnel" above, and await pitching instruction from pitching coach, "Mr. Fred."
Below, Mr. Fred is joined by a group of pitchers after a recent training session. He calls this part of the training session “Life Lessons” and he enjoys taking a few minutes after a workout just to talk about life with his pitchers.
