Moorestown Police Implement On-Line Citizen Reporting System | cnbnews

In order to improve citizen access to information, and to make interaction with the police department more convenient for our residents the Moorestown Police Department has implemented an on-line citizen reporting system.  The system is accessible to the residents to make reports for non-emergent incidents that meet certain criteria.

Beginning, November 28, 2012, the Moorestown Police Department will deploy an On-Line Citizen Reporting system.  This system can be accessed from any computer with internet access at either www.moorestown.nj.us(navigate to the MPD section) or www.moorestownpd.comand then select On-Line Citizen Reporting.

The following incidents can be reported on-line:

.             Criminal Mischief/Damage under $500.00

.             Theft under $200.00

.             Lost Property

.             Annoying Phone Calls

.             Identity Theft

.             Delayed Crash Reports

.             Vacation Checks

.             Anonymous Tips

A touch screen kiosk will be installed in the police lobby for citizen use.
