Drexel University's Daskalakis Athletic Center will be home to the 2012 Delaware Investments U.S. Open Squash Championships from October 4-12, 2012. This is the 28th annual meeting of the U.S. Open Championships and the second consecutive year being hosted in Philadelphia. "We are extremely excited for the U.S. Open to return to Philadelphia, a city with a deep history in the sport and an outstanding squash community," said US Squash CEO Kevin Klipstein.

This year's event will feature the top 10 ranked women's players and nine of the top 10 men's players in the world, all competing for the chance to win $185,000, the most prize money in U.S. Open history. The event will be broadcast on Squash TV, and streaming online via watchESPN.com.
