CHARGES AGAINST DRIVER UPGRADED: Gloucester City Police have filed

additional charges against the driver of the vehicle, Timonthy Hagan, of South 8th Street, Gloucester City. Besides the charges of DUI and driving with a suspended license he has been charged with one count of aggravated assault by auto 3rd degree as well as two counts of aggravated assault by auto 4th degree.



CNBNEWS.NET-The young woman who was injured in last week's horrific traffic accident, in Gloucester City, remains in critical but stable condition. Brittany Boulden, 23, was one of four occupants that were traveling in the SUV that flipped over early Sunday morning after hitting a utility pole at the corner of Rutger's Avenue and Nicholson Road.  The accident happened early Sunday morning around 3:30 AM. 


The driver of the vehicle, Timothy Hagan, was charged with DUI, and Driving with a suspended license. Hagan was treated at the hospital and was released. The other two passengers refused treatment at the scene said police.


Brittany was thrown out of the vehicle, which landed on top of her. She sustained numerous broken bones, a collapsed lung along with other injuries. She is hooked up to a ventilator and is being treated at Cooper University Hospital Trauma ICU. 


She is the daughter of Al and Denise Boulden, of Brooklawn. Friday night, Mr. Boulden said, “We appreciate everyone who has called and asked if there is anything they can do. Presently all we ask is that people keep Brittany in their prayers. We have been told she has a long road to recovery.”
