Democrat Road Bridge to Be Closed for Repairs

Theresa Wachter, GCHS Alumnus, Former Cooper Hospital Nurse, St. Mary Church Parishioner, Active City Republican Club Member

On July 8, 2012. Age 84. Of Gloucester City. Survived by her brother Eugene Wachter (Gene) 6a00d8341bf7d953ef01539037fcc3970b-200wi and her sisters Frances Witz and Florence Bernosky (Ed). Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her loving parents Aloysius J. Wachter and Mary (nee Skelly), her brothers Joseph, John, James, Al and Maurice Wachter and her sisters Mary Wachter and Joan Brecht.

 

Theresa was a longtime resident of Gloucester City. She was a graduate of Gloucester Catholic High School and a member of the school sorority. 

 

Theresa was a nurse at Cooper Hospital and Our Lady of Lourdes in Camden for many years. She was a longtime faithful and devoted parishioner of St. Mary’s Church, active member of the Gloucester City Republican Club and an avid supporter of Notre Dame.  

 

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend her visitation on Friday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at St. Mary’s R.C. Church: 426 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM in the church. Inurnment private in New St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bellmawr.
