Ticket applications will be accepted beginning March 12, 2012 through May 31, 2012, or until 20,000 applications have been received. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted. The NCAA's determination regarding submissions and the timing thereof shall, in all cases, be final and binding. The NCAA shall not be responsible for any technical, technological, transmission or other such errors or failures in connection with the submission of ticket applications, or for any damages caused thereby.
Each ticket admits the bearer to the two semifinal games (April 6) and the championship game (April 8). Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the stadium.
Each applicant may request up to four ticket books.Each applicant must apply in his/her own name using his/her home street address (no PO boxes). Information regarding accessible seating will be provided at a later date to applicants selected to receive tickets.
Applications cannot be cancelled, and tickets will not be refunded or exchanged.
The submission of an application does not guarantee the receipt of tickets. Further, applicants selected for tickets are not guaranteed particular seats or seat locations, as seat assignments are allocated amongst selected applicants at the sole discretion of the NCAA and/or its designees.
Please be advised that any person exceeding the published ticket limit may have some or all their applications cancelled at the discretion of the NCAA without notification. Multiple applications associated with the same name, account number, credit card, email address, phone number and/or mailing address may be considered to be exceeding the ticket limit for this event.

2013 NCAA Men's Final Four
A random computerized drawing amongst all eligible applications will be held in July 2012. Applicants will be notified in August 2012 whether their application was selected. The NCAA will not publicize results of the process. Ticket books for selected applicants will be mailed no later than mid-February, 2013, via express delivery.
Applications not selected for tickets at a higher price level will automatically be considered for selection during the random-drawing process for any successive lower price levels.
**Refunds for tickets awarded at a lower price level than initially paid, or for unsuccessful applications, will include the resulting price difference or the full application deposit amount, as applicable, and will be made electronically. Refundable amounts do not earn interest.
