S. Jersey Girls: Gloucester City defeats Haddon Twp. in OT

Madison McClintock's two baskets and a pair of free throws by Johanna James accounted for Gloucester's scoring in overtime, allowing the third-seeded Lions to pull out a 47-44 victory at No. 2 seed Haddon Township on Friday in a South Jersey Group 1 girls' basketball semifinal.

McClintock finished with 15 points and James scored 14 in helping Gloucester get off to a strong start. The Hawks regrouped from an early 10-4 deficit, however, with Alayxiah Carr picking up 10 of her 12 points in the fourth period.
