Obituary Lois Jane Wagner of Gloucester City NJ

Lois Jane Wagner (nee Rouser), of Gloucester City, wife of Frederick for 60 years and daughter of the late Rhea and Xena Rouser, passed away after a long illness on March 15, 2012. Lois was born and raised in Gloucester City, graduating from Gloucester City High School in 1948. She was a member of The Church of the Ascension in Gloucester where she worked as the church secretary, sang in the choir, was a member of the ECW and the Altar Guild, and served on the altar.

Lois is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Nancy Blome (Chuck), Sharon Quick (Peter), Charles Marshall (Wanda), Rhea Marshall (Donna), and the late Lois Flegler. As well as surrogate nieces and nephew Gail Carey (David Plummer), Carol Carey-Lee (William), Grant Carey (Cathy), Colleen Rosa (Elbert), along with many great nieces, nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. Her family will miss her greatly as well as all who knew and loved her.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Lois' Memorial Service Wednesday, 3/21, 11:00 AM, at The Church of the Ascension, 110 South Sussex St., Gloucester City, NJ. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of her family. In lieu of flowers donations to the Church's Altar Guild would be appreciated.
