On March 7, 2012. Age 68. Of Gloucester City. Formerly of Brooklawn. Surrounded and cared for by his devoted wife of 40 years, Harriet A. “Rusty” (nee Weppler). Cherished Father of Colleen (Jack) Manning of Glassboro, Bernadette (Ralph ‘Trip”) O’Hara-Taylor of Tarpon Springs, Florida, Francis X. O’Hara, Jr. (Rachel) of Erial and the late David Martin O’Hara. Devoted brother of Kathleen O’Hara Fiorile of Mantua, Laura O’Hara Geitz of Pace, Florida, Patricia O’Hara Sirolli of West Deptford, Sally O’Hara of Melbourne, Florida and David O’Hara of West Deptford. Beloved Grandfather of Megan O’Hara, Kimberly Manning, Sean Manning, Darren Taylor and Baby O’Hara (due in May!).
Frank was known to all as “Pudgie” and was a graduate of Gloucester Catholic High School Class of 1961. He was a member of Union Local # 322 Plumbers and Pipefitters in Winslow Twp. since 1969 and was extremely hard-working. Growing up in Brooklawn Pudgie could be found at Cerrone's Luncheonette. He shot a good game of darts. In his youth he was a regular at Augie's Pool Room. After retirement, he worked as the PEO: Parking Enforcement Officer for the Gloucester City Police Department. Pudgie was a devoted parishioner of Saint Mary’s R.C. Church for his entire life. He loved his family and enjoyed traveling.
Relatives, friends and members of Local Union # 322 are kindly invited to attend his viewing on Monday Evening from 7 to 9 PM and Tuesday morning from 9 am to 10 am at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME: 851 Monmouth Street, (at Brown Street) Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 am in Saint Mary’s R.C. Church: 426 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City. Interment New Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Bellmawr.
