Bellmawr Police Arrest Local Resident on Six Counts of Invading Privacy | cnbnews.net

Bellmawr Police have charged 36- year- old resident with six counts of Invading Privacy. On 03/15/12 it was reported to Bellmawr Police that a male was possibly taking photo's of females inside tanning booths at the Retro Fitness Gym in Bellmawr. After conducting an investigation along with the full cooperation and assistance of Retro Fitiness, Detectives were able to identify the accused as 36- year-old Michael Prosinski of West Browning Rd. in Bellmawr.

Prosinski admitted to detectives that he would wait until a female would enter a tanning booth, hold his cellular phone at the top of the booth where a view was establish, then video tape the female while tanning usually without clothing on.

Detectives are still investigating this matter and have identified six female victims at this time, and possibly additional charges may be filed pending the results of the investigation.

Prosinksi has been charged with 3rd degree Invading the Privacy of these
women. The suspect turned himself in to Detectives today to be processed and post the required bail.
