Endangered Missing Person from the 8th Police District

(Philadelphia) On Friday, January 20, 2012, Michael Witts was last seen at approximately 3:25 pm at his residence on the 12000 block of Salina Place. Michael suffers from mental health issues and maybe operating a 1992 Tan Plymouth Sundance PA Tag# DTC-5024. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Michael Witts, please contact Northeast Detective Division at 215-686-3153 or call 911.
