Surrounded by her loving family, On January 22, 2012. (nee Sherrer) Age 89. Of Gloucester City. Loving wife of the late Alexander Trakimas. Predeceased by her treasured daughters Frances M. and Suzanne M., and her dear brothers and sisters. Devoted mother of Alexander Trakimas, Patricia Woodland (Richard), Joseph F. Trakimas (Jacqueline) and Ann Adams (Charles). Cherished grandmother of 8 and great grandmother of 6. Loving Mother-in-law of Barbara and Carole. Theresa was a 1939 graduate of St. Mary’s High School. She was a faithful and dedicated parishioner of St. Mary’s R.C. Church. Theresa worked for the Rutgers Camden Law School Library from 1979 to 2004. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Saturday morning from 10 AM to 12 Noon at St. Mary’s R.C. Church: 426 Monmouth St., Gloucester City, NJ 08030. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 Noon in the church. Interment in Beverly National Cemetery will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary’s Church Special Fund or St. Vincent DePaul Society: at the above Church address.
