Collingswood Heights. Formerly of South Philly. Survived by her devoted husband and love of her life of 58 years, Ronald C. Benckert. Loving mother of Genevieve F. Benckert (Michael Fioretti). Cherished grandmother of Robert Mai, III, Christina Marie Fareri (Eric) and Ronald Mai. Beloved great grandmother of Julianna and Adrianna Fareri. Dear sister of Walter and John Petrowski, Dorothy Peterson and Virginia Devine. Loving aunt of George, Eileen, Kelsey and Tyler Berglund. Genevieve loved the times she spent surrounded by her loving family. She enjoyed the mummers, cooking, trips to the casino and spending time at the Jersey Shore. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Wednesday morning from 10 to 11:30 AM at St. Mary’s R.C. Church: 426 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 AM in the church. Entombment in Calvary Mausoleum, Cherry Hill.
