Stolen Gun, Drugs Found On Lindenwold Suspect

On December 28, 2011 at 11:57 pm while conducting crime suppression enforcement patrol in the area of Blackwood-Clementon Road, Gloucester Township Police Ptl. Timothy Kohlmyer observed a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria being driven carelessly. The suspect ignored the officer's emergency lights and siren signal to pull over for approximately 1/2 of a mile, before finally stopping.
Charges: Unlawful Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree, Receiving Stolen Property (handgun) 3rd Degree, Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (PCP & Marijuana) 3rd Degree, Certain Persons Not to Have A Weapon 4th Degree, Possession of Prohibited Ammunition (Hollow nose bullets) 4th degree. Various Traffic offenses: Driving While Suspended, Narcotics in a Motor Vehicle, Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicle, Failure to Maintain Lane of Travel, and Failure to Signal Lane Change.
Bail was set at $50,000.00 10% and the subject was remanded to Camden County Jail in default of bail.
