Gloucester City's Karen Jackson Named Orr Fellow

St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Ind., announces that senior Melissa Jackson was recently named an Orr Fellow.
Jackson from Gloucester City, is the daughter of Ray and Karen Jackson. She attended Gloucester Catholic High School and is a member of St. Mary’s Parish in Gloucester City.
Commonly referred to as the Orr Fellowship, the Governor Bob Orr Indiana Entrepreneurial Fellowship provides an opportunity to soon-to-be college graduates to break into the professional world through paid positions with high-growth Indiana companies.
About 25 Orr Fellows are selected each year from a couple
Jackson is a business administration major with concentrations in marketing and finance.
Jackson and Amanda Lester, another Orr recipient, are among the founders of BTG (Bridging the Gap) Advertising, a company they started last academic year.
