The United States Department of Defense announced a Gloucester County Marine was killed in Afghanistan Wednesday, September 28, 2011. First Lt. Ryan K. Iannelli, of Clarksboro, N.J., age 27, died during combat operations in the Helmand province of Afghanistan, according to officials. His cause of death is under investigation. Camden County Prosecutor Warren W. Faulk and Bellmawr Police Chief William Walsh reported an arrest last week of a Bellmawr man accused of stealing more than $300,000 from his employer. John DiBernardi, 57, was charged last Friday on counts of 2nd degree Theft and 2nd degree Computer Theft. 9/5/11 • The front window of “Fresh Asylum Tattoo Studios” was smashed out. Two males were later arrested and charged with criminal mischief. The two males had vandalized several businesses in Lindenwold and Gloucester Township. • A female was arrested and charged with aggravated assault after she assaulted her mother by striking her in the head with an object.
