PBA Local 40 Appreciates Support -cnbnews.net
Tuesday, August 02, 2011
Thank you for making the 2010 home solicitation drive so successful.
Over the years some of the organizations that have benefited from the solicitations were: both the Gloucester Catholic and Gloucester City High Schools for playbook ads and scholarships, Girls Softball League, Mustang Football League, Toys for Tots, Special Olympics, local Helping Hand, Fireman’s Relief Fund, the Annual Heroes to Hero 5K Run/Walk, Gloucester City Sail, local business golf sponsors, benefits for residents in need, and many other community groups in Gloucester City.
We have been able to help other organizations along with our own P.B.A. local.
All of these things and more are done out of your generosity and willingness to help people. We are hoping that we can count on your continued support so that we may continue to help those in need and support the youth of Gloucester City.
P.B.A. Local #40 does not solicit over the telephone and we are the ONLY organization that represents our police officers.
This is our only solicitation to our residents. If anyone claims to represent the Police Officers of Gloucester City, including FOP, please contact us immediately so we may investigate.
The members of Gloucester City P.B.A. Local #40 cannot thank you enough for your support. Any contribution you make will be instrumental in our overall effort to make Gloucester City a stronger community for all our residents and families. Thank you.
Sincerely,
William Johnson, Jr.
President
