Daniel K Patton Jr., of Gloucester City; WW II Army veteran, Member of Local #322

On August 8, 2011. Age 93. Of Gloucester City. Loving and devoted husband of 64 years to R2 Hazel M. (nee Nelson). Beloved father of Kathleen Blake (Stephen) of Upper Deerfield and Patricia Hause (Stephen) of Gloucester City. Cherished grandfather of Kelly, Adeline, Kristine, Sherry and Meghan. Dear great-grandfather of Alexandria, Imogen, Bill, Stephanie, Jessica, Anabell, Declan and Thomas. Daniel was born, raised and lived his entire life in Gloucester City. He proudly served our country in the U.S. Army during World War II. Daniel was a extremely devoted 70 year member of Union Local # 322 Plumbers and Pipefitters and served on the Executive Board for 3 terms. He was a parishioner of Saint Mary’s R.C Church in Gloucester City and was a member of the Gloucester City Knights of Columbus Council # 674. Relatives, friends, Knights of Columbus and members of Local # 322 are kindly invited to attend his viewing on Saturday morning from 9:30 to 11:30 am at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME: 851 Monmouth Street (at Brown Street) Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 12 Noon at Saint Mary’s R.C. Church: 426 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City. Interment with U.S. Army Military Honors in New Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Bellmawr. Family prefers in lieu of flowers donations in Daniel’s memory to Saint Mary’s R.C. Church Memorial Fund: 426 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City, NJ 08030. Please write in memo: Daniel Patton.
