GCHS to Initate Middle School Pilot Program; Deadline for Registration July

( Galante, Bishop of the Camden Diocese, has Images-19 given permission to Gloucester Catholic to initiate a "pilot program" for 7th and 8th graders. The school will be called Gloucester Catholic Junior High School. Space is limited and will be open to 7th and 8th graders who are academicaly qualified. The deadline for submitting applications is July 14th, 2011.

Tony Powers, Director of Admissions was asked if the students would be housed in St. Mary's Grammar School building? The 153 year-old school ,  was closed recently by the Diocese.  Powers said, "We are still trying to work out arrangements with St. Mary's.  If an understanding can't be reached we have room in our buildings for these students."
