Receveur played at Brandywine for two years before transferring to Concord for her junior and senior years. In her illustrious high school playing career, she was a starting setter all four years, earned All-Conference honors three years and honorable mention once, named an All-Star her senior year, and earned a DIAA Academic Athletic Excellence Award for a 3.0 GPA or higher during volleyball season. She also amassed over 1000 assists and 720 digs.
While at Brandywine, Receveur was named the team's most valuable player as a sophomore, and she became a school record holder for service points (24) in a game and service aces in a career.
When she arrived at Concord, she helped the team win the Flight B Conference Championship as a junior in 2008-09 and earn a No. 4 state ranking. Her senior season, she led the team to its second straight DIAA State Tournament and a No. 6 ranking.
Receuver also played eight years of National Club volleyball, starting at the age of 10. She competed in the National Junior Olympics as a libero and defensive specialist and earned multiple gold, silver and bronze medals throughout her club career.
Having graduated Concord High with academic honors, Receuver plans on majoring in Business Administration and completing GBC's five-year master program. She is not set on a concentration yet, but is interested in accounting, finance and sports management and administration. She would someday like to coach volleyball at the NCAA level
