Adeline S. Tubbs of Gloucester City, Girl Scout Leader for Many Years

On May 31, 2011, (nee Williams) of Gloucester City, NJ, age 94.

She was the beloved wife of the late John R. Tubbs and loving mother of Janice Schaeffer (Thomas) of Moorestown, Judith A. Weichmann (Robert) of Brooklawn and Joy McGlinchey (James) of Gloucester City. She is also survived by her sister Clara Hartstein, 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Mrs. Tubbs had been a Girl Scout Leader for many years and an active member of WOWS. Adeline also loved to dance.

Relatives and friends are invited to meet Friday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the ETHERINGTON-CRERAN FUNERAL HOME, 700 POWELL ST., GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ. Her funeral service will by held 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Gloucester City, NJ.
