Letters: Is the State of NJ a Cesspool of Corruption? You Decide

Hi Bill,

I am at the receiving end of flagrant corruption in superior court in Burlington County.  The 6a00d8341bf7d953ef01157153a790970b-200wi outrageously corrupt rulings are being made with the knowledge of the Attorney General.  In other words the AG is letting the judge rule contrary to the law.

The latest motion the judge granted was a motion for relief of court to file an amended complaint.  The judge ignored all of my exhibits and the fact that I proved approximately 90 outright lies made in the plaintiffs sworn affidavits.  The judge granted the motion even though the plaintiff did not include a copy of the amended complaint in the motion.  Now the plaintiff can submit a complaint with whatever claims he wants.

You can read the actual documents at http://www.corruptnj.org

In my opinion this state is such a cesspool of corruption!

Thanks!
Nick Marchesani
