Loving and Cherished Husband of 33 years to Donna Garrett (nee Canzanese). Devoted father of Rosemarie Garrett and James Wilson. Beloved Brother of Robert Thom, Dorothy Thom, Richard Thom and the late William C. Thom. Loving Uncle of Bernadette Clinksdale.  Loving Grandfather of Raul, Antonio, Robert and Vincent. Dear Son-In-Law of Vincent and Donatella Canzanese. James was born, raised and lived in National Park.
