Suddenly, On February 25, 2011. Age 22. Of Gloucester City. Loving mother of Diane Benner
and Anthony “A.J.” Benner. Cherished daughter of Dawn Collins (Mark O’Brien). Beloved Sister of Matthew Garcia, Jeremy Collins, Steven Garcia, Joseph Collins and Brandi Collins. Also, survived by her father, Jose Garcia and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Cynthia was a resident of Gloucester City and a graduate of Gloucester City High School Class of 2006.
