Joseph B. Ferguson, age 91 of Buena, formerly of Gloucester City died Friday, September 17^th, 2010 at Kennedy Hospital in Stratford.  Born in Guilford County, NC he later served in the U.S. Army from 1936 to 1978 and retired as a captain.  Joe raised his family in Gloucester City and was a resident there for 33 years.  He has spent the last 12 years leaving in Buena.  Joe enjoyed baseball and coached for a few years while living in Gloucester City.  

Husband of the late Elizabeth "Betty" (nee Lyness), he is survived by  two sons, Gary J. Ferguson and his wife Donna of Bellmawr and their children Ryan & Erin, Brian E. Ferguson of Mt. Royal and his children Christine, Michael & Kelly and one great grandson, Ryan Jr.  Mr. Ferguson was also predeceased by his daughter-in-law Gayle Ferguson.  

Funeral services are private at the convenience of the family.
