Ruth Creamer formerly of Westville, Proud of her Polish Heritage

CREAMER, Ruth V. (nee Nelson), 84, of Pedricktown, formerly of Westville, NJ, passed away on R2 August 20, 2010 surrounded by her loving family.

Ruth will be remembered for gentle nature and her friendly manner. She was a hardworking, selfless lady who was devoted to her family and strong in her faith. She was proud of her Polish background and enjoyed polkas and cooking of many Polish dishes such as pirogies. Ruth took pride in everything she did, whether it was nurturing her children and grandchildren, sewing or tending to her rose bushes. In 2008, a trip to Italy and a visit to the Vatican, fulfilled one of Ruth's life long dreams.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Ruth was a long time resident of Westville and parishioner of St. Anne's RC Church. Ruth met the love of her life, George, while she worked at Crown Cork and Seal in Philadelphia, PA, and they spent 50 wonderful years and celebrated their Golden Anniversary.

Beloved Wife of the late, George L.; Loving mother of David Creamer, Catherine (Robert) List, Timothy (Tania) Creamer; Devoted Grandmother of Craig, Scott, Mark (Cathey), Matthew, Mandi, Jenni, Charles and Andrew; Dear sister of the late, Richard Nelson.


Viewing Thursday, 8:30 – 9:45 AM at the Church of St. Anne's, 213 Woodbine Avenue, Westville, NJ, where the Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 AM.
Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr, NJ.
