Frank J. Wasko, of Gloucester City, WW II Army Veteran, who loved Fishing, Crabbing, Tinkering on Cars…Services Saturday

On June 23, 2010, of Gloucester City, NJ, age 83 years. Beloved husband for 55 years of Lillian (nee Surowiec). Loving father of Frank, Jr. (Patti), Lynn Ba’albaki, Carol Feather (Gary Rust), Raymond Wasko (Dori) and the late Ronald Wasko (twin brother of Raymond). He was the cherished grandfather of 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, and dear brother of John Wasko, Rose Nichols and Pauline Stires and is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and his beloved dog Willie.
Frank had a great love of life. He had a great sense of humor and loved playing practical jokes. He enjoyed fishing, crabbing and tinkering on cars and was known as somewhat of an inventor. Frank was also a proud Army veteran, serving in the Asian Pacific Theatre of Operations.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet Saturday morning from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at the ETHERINGTON-CRERAN FUNERAL HOME 700 Powell St., Gloucester City. Memorial Services will be held 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home. Inurnment in New St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bellmawr NJ to be held at the convenience of the family.
