Chatham Square to be Known as Meadow Mews

GLOUCESTER CITY NJ- Orens Brothers of Philadelphia, the contractor hired to rehab the Chatham Square Apartments at Rt. 130 and Klemm Avenue began working on the project last week. The City, in conjunction with Orens Brothers, are converting the 100 apartment complex into 50 town houses. The new homes will be priced between $175,000 and $180,000.
Meadow Mews is located in front of the Meadowbrook Run, which was built in 2006 on the grounds of the defunct Starlite Drive In. That venture consisted of 64 single family homes built by Beazer Homes USA. Price for those properties ranged from $260,000 to $280,000.
