Building Diamonds and Dreams

Contest to Win a Local Ballpark Makeover Swings into High Gear

Build it and they will come. That’s exactly what “Building Diamonds and Dreams,” a  4493441258_be9b2fd921_o Chevrolet and Scotts promotion to win a little league field makeover, plans to do.

In support of creating more access to good fields for youth baseball programs, Chevrolet and Scotts have teamed with Major League Baseball to rebuild local ballparks nationwide. The contest will give communities a chance to upgrade their fields and improve playing conditions with materials like new grass, more clay and better lighting.

Entries will be divided into five geographic regions, North Central, Northeast, South Central, Southeast and Western. One finalist from each region will be randomly selected to

receive a total field makeover valued at up to $40,000.

The program is simple. Go on-line to chevybaseball.com and enter your ZIP code. When you do, your community is entered for a chance at a ballpark makeover. You can increase your community's chances of being selected by entering your information everyday (yes, you can enter to win more than once!!). You could also win a new Chevy car, truck or crossover.

The 'Building Diamonds and Dreams' program ends on July 16.
