Albert J. “Rick” Rickens, former Gloucester City Resident, Member of Carpenters Local Union 393

On April 25, 2010. Age 69. Of Mantua. Formerly of Gloucester City. Loving husband of 48 6a00d8341bf7d953ef0115724332f3970b-120wi years to Kathleen (nee Miller). Loving father of Albert J. “Ricky” Rickens, Jr. (late Kelly Walsh) and Kristine Lynn Rickens-Aguilar (Jerome). Loving grandfather of Jade and Kyrsten. Also survived by many loving family members.

Albert graduated from Woodbury High School class of 1958. He proudly served our country 5 yrs in the Army National Guard. Albert was a member of 51 years and elected official of Carpenters Local Union 393 of Gloucester City. Albert enjoyed woodworking in his workshop, playing tennis and traveling with his family to Avalon and Hudson Beach, FL.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend his visitation on Thursday morning from 10 AM to 12 noon at The Episcopal Church of the Ascension: 110 South Sussex St., Gloucester City. Mass of Resurrection and Burial Office will be celebrated at 12 noon in the church. Interment Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro.
