But there are three problems: One is that Christie has made statements supporting that bill -- though if he read it he'd realize it guarantees suburban towns will never get tax relief. The second problem is he still has not released his own property-tax relief plan, though he promised to do so six months ago.

And then there's the third problem: Christie seems to have gone into hiding. Usually at this point in a campaign, the challenger is running all over the state seeking to get in front of cameras and microphones. That's especially true when his opponent is one of the most unpopular governors in recent political history.
