Art and Essay Contest Winners Visit Sedge Island

Winners of the Conserve Wildlife Foundation of New Jersey's Species on the Edge - Art And Essay Contest recently spent a day at the NJ DEP Division of Fish and Wildlife's Sedge Island Natural Resource Education Center in Barnegat Bay. The center is within the Sedge Island Marine Conservation Zone in the Sedge Islands Wildlife Management Area. The 5th-grade students enjoyed a day of learning, kayaking and exploring the bay and its wildlife.
