Donald R. Bitler

073007_1849_RichardDHub1 BITLER, Donald R. On May 17, 2009, of Westmont, formerly of Audubon NJ. Age 69 yrs. He is the beloved husband of Margret G. (nee Peters). Loving father of Cynthia Kinky (Stephen) and Suzanne Reynolds both of Haddon Heights. Devoted grandfather of Elizabeth Twymon (Ed), Stephen and Michael Kinky and James Bonomo and dear brother of Arlene Slavin. Mr. Bitler worked for many years at the Texaco Refinery in Pennsauken as a Termional Operator, and was currently working for the Winslow Twp. School District. He loved boating and working on the farm in South Hampton. Relatives and friends are invited to meet Thursday morning from 10:00 to 12:00 noon at the CRERAN FUNERAL HOME 400 White Horse Pike, Oaklyn. Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon at the Funeral Home. There will be no evening viewing. Interment to be held at the convenience of the family. Edna Curcio

CURCIO, Edna Age 82, former resi-dent of Bellmawr, NJ and resident of Parker, FL passed away Thursday, May 14, 2009 at a local hospital. She enjoyed playing bingo and cards with her friends. Edna is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Sylvio "Blackie" Curcio. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle "Mickey" Gomilla (Kevin) of Panama City; brother, Raymond Dobbs of Collingswood, NJ; sister, Judy Montpelier of Marlton, NJ; 2 grandchildren, Michael and Danielle Gomilla of Panama City; and 1 great grandchild, Hunter Michael Black of Panama City. The family will receive friends Monday, May 18, in the chapel of KENT FOREST LAWN FUNERAL HOME from 1PM - 2PM, with graveside services following at Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery, Dr. Floyd Wright officiating. Asked to serve as pallbearers are Michael Gomilla, Joel Black, Marcus Lavigne, Chad Helms, Keith Garrison, and Randy Hicks.

 

Betty M. Elison

ELISON, Betty M. On May 14, 2009 of Bellmawr, NJ. Age 75. Beloved wife of the late Tom Elison for 50 years. Beloved mother of Stephen (Annette) Elison of Chanhassen, MN, Richard Elison of Bellmawr, Glen (Theresa) Elison of Bellmawr and the late Diane Liquori. Also survived by her son-in-law Dennis Liquori of Bellmawr. Dear sister-in-law of Elsie and the late William Elison of National Park and the late Charles Elison. Loving Grandmom of Chris and Amanda Elison, Rich Elison, Jr., Kevin and Katie Liquori. Betty was a resident of Bellmawr for 53 years. She was a graduate of the Gloucester High School class of 1953. Betty leaves behind many close friends and neighbors and a very special memory for all those who came in contact with the love and good will she gave to all. MORRISON, Dennis J. on May 13, 2009 of Gloucester City, NJ. Age 45 years. Loving companion for many years of Karen Harris. Beloved father of D.J. Morrison, Jr. and Andrew Morrison and grandfather of Ava Morrison. Dear brother Andrea Gardner of Gloucester and Linda Bahr of Clearwater FL. He was also predeceased by his loving parents Andrew and Antoinette Morrison. Dennis loved fishing and was an avis Flyer, Phillies and Denver Bronco fan. He also loved his cat Sandy. SCARDUZIO,John M. Age 77 yrs. John went home to be with the Lord on May 16, 2009. He was raised in Camden, NJ., formerly resided in Mt. Ephraim, NJ with his family, and currently resided in Wildwood, NJ. John was a loving husband for 44yrs to Angeline M. (nee Capone) and dear father to Joan (Sam) Lesky, John A. (Carmela) Scarduzio, and Angela Scarduzio. Loving grandfather of Jennamarie, Gionna Leigh, Luke, Tyler, Nicolette, and Dean Anthony. Loving uncle of many nieces and nephews. John was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and a graduate of Temple Univ. Prior to retiring, John was Vice President of Operations at American Minerals. SHEAHAN, Debra J. Suddenly on May 16, 2009, Debbie Sheahan, age 49, of Westville, NJ. Debra was employed at the Deptford Township Board of Education for the last 10 years. She is the devoted mother of John Sheahan and Sean Sheahan of Deptford. She is lovingly survived by her mother, Jane Merryfield and her sister, Mary Merryfield. She was predeceased by her beloved father, George W. Merryfield.
