Cross with dove On March 31, 2009. Age 82. Of Gloucester City, NJ. Loving husband of 61 years to Lillian “Julie” (nee Wosczyna). Beloved father of Elaine Daily (Michael), Stephen Tice, Carolyn Foyle (Timothy), Kathleen Smith (Wayne), the late Julie Tice Scharnagl and the late Martin Tice. Cherished grandfather of Susan Holinsky, Debbie Miller, Kenneth Scharnagl, Lisa Gill, Stephen Tice, John Tice, Jenna Hunsberger, Marybeth Foyle, Carolyn Foyle, Wayne Smith and Katie Smith. Dear great-grandfather of 11.

Will was born, raised and lived his entire life in Gloucester City. He proudly served our country in the Merchant Marines and the U.S. Navy in the South Pacific. Will was a milkman for over 30 years working for Abbott Dairies and Sealtest. He served as a Councilman in Gloucester City. Will was one of the charter members of the Gloucester City Swim Club and served as Financial Secretary.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Thursday evening from 7 to 9 pm and again Friday morning from 9 to 10 am at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME: 851 Monmouth St. (at Brown St.) Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 am at Saint Mary’s R.C. Church: 426 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City.

Interment with U.S. Military Honors New Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Bellmawr.
