Gloucester City: OPRA Requests for Clerk's Leave Records and Emails

OPRA REQUEST DATED MARCH 15TH, 2009:

This request is to review Gloucester City records to determine the work/leave status of City Clerk Paul J. Kain during the 2008 calendar year. This is not a request to review the personnel file of Paul J. Kain.

Leave status should include but not limited to: Sick Leave, Personal Leave, Vacation Lave, Compensatory Leave, Leave Without Pay, and Family Grievance Leave. The records should include what dates the leave was taken and the number of hours used.

I am willing to discuss the most mutually efficient method to access this information with the Chief Financial Officer of Gloucester City, Frank Robertson.

Please notify me by telephone at 856-xxx-xxxx when this information will be available for review.

Respectfully,

John P. Schmidt
