On January 21, 2009. Age 50. Of Gloucester City. Formerly of Woodlynne and Williamsport, Pa. Loving husband of 28 years to Bertha Welch (nee Collins). Loving son of Lester and Caroline Welch (nee Shaffer). Loving father of Billy (Shyama) Wittman, Scotty Welch, Jr. and Ricky Lee Welch. Dear brother of the late Cheri Welch and Kelly Welch and survived by Robert and Rick Welch, Kathy Hamilton, Becky Jordan and Carol Beck. Godfather of Emily Wolfe. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Scott attended Williamsport High School and was the owner and operator of Total Property Care. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend his viewing on Monday afternoon from 3 to 5 pm at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME: 851 Monmouth Street, (at Brown Street) Gloucester City.
