NEWS, SPORTS, COMMENTARY, POLITICS for Gloucester City and the Surrounding Areas of South Jersey and Philadelphia A 2-mile section of the 17-mile railroad line that runs from Swedesboro to Salem will be reconstructed using $1.75 million in funds allocated by the Delaware River Port Authority.
The DRPA grant Ð approved last week by its commissioners Ð will be married with $500,000 in Federal Railroad Administration funds for the project.
