Neilio knew better. He remembered Paulsboro's improbable 9-6 victory over Glassboro in the title game in the pouring rain in 1996 on a field goal by a kicker who had not made one all season. He remembered Paulsboro's 17-14 win in overtime in another title game in 2005 when a Red Raiders player stripped a Glassboro player of the football inside the 5-yard line, with the Bulldogs on the verge of victory.
