Gloucester Catholic principal John Colman, a member of the executive committee, said the issue would be further discussed at the organization's Oct. 8 meeting.
In the meantime, members of the Realignment Committee are scheduled to reconvene to discuss adjusting the proposal to address concerns raised during yesterday's meeting.
The proposal could go to the executive committee for vote Oct. 8, although there appears to be sentiment to table the vote and push to start of the proposed realignment to the 2010-11 school year to allow for further discussion and adjustment.
