When Gloucester Catholic High School went looking for a boys basketball coach this summer, it was pretty much a given that the new boss would come from inside the Rams' family.

Todd Powers didn't play hoops at Gloucester Catholic, and he didn't even attend the school. But nobody can dispute that he is exactly what the Rams were looking for.
