Police arrested 15 people in an undercover sting and charged them with either solicitation or loitering.
Capt. Joseph Richardson, spokesman for the Camden Police Department, called the operation a prostitution sting, and undercover officers posed as prostitutes and solicitors Thursday night in areas of South and East Camden.
None of those arrested, however, were charged with prostitution.
Joseph Sproule, 41, of Pitman, and Migdalia Maldona, 30, of Surf City, solicited an undercover officer while they had a baby in their car, Richardson said.
While arresting them, police also found suspected crack cocaine, Richardson said.
Sproule and Maldona were charged with solicitation, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and endangering the welfare of a minor, police said. They each were detained on $50,000 bail.
