On Monday night, January 9, we had a memorial service for Leroy Bonner “Candyman.” He has been a member for over 17 years. His family chose to have a private viewing. We as members did not get to say our goodbyes.
Our pastor, Jim Doster, decided to have a memorial in honor of Leroy. Some of his family members were informed. We did not intend to cause pain or harm to his family.
We are Bible believing church. That’s it! I am tired of hearing bad things about our Pastor and church, stop it. We’re not so bad when feeding the hungry, paying rent, giving out clothes, and finding shelter for those in need.
If you care to find out the truth about my pastor or church, come visit anytime. We welcome you. Other than that, leave my pastor and church alone.
Thank you, God Bless

DON’T LEAVE PETS OUT IN THE COLD
Once again the chill of winter has hit, and once again many people have their “helpless” pets hooked on the end of a leash. I can hear the dogs crying to get inside day and night-especially at night, as they huddle into a ball to keep warm. Many people got the “pets” as puppies when they were cute, but had no idea how they would behave-just like a two-year-old child.
Instead, some people send them out the door-many times, hit, punched, kicked and yelled at it for something they were never taught. This winter just do a 10-minute test when it is very cold out. Go out with a light coat on, sit on the ground for 10 minutes and see how you feel-put yourself in your pet’s place.
They want nothing but to love and protect you. Don’t they deserve a little better? I anyone needs help with behavior problems, crate training, etc. call me and I will help.
Also if anyone can donate towels or blankets, dog food, cat food etc., call me and I would be more than happy to help for the stray, cold, hurt, hungry orphans left out there to fend for themselves.
I can no longer afford to do this along. Thank you on behalf of all the “unfortunate outcasts.”
