GLOUCESTER CITY NJ (April 5, 2017)--Gloucester City police conducted a routine traffic stop on April 1 and arrested a city resident for possession of a loaded 9mm semi-automatic handgun and a quantity of marijuana. A passenger in the car was charged with possession of CDS. The police released the following statement today about the incident.
On April 1ST. at 7:51 pm a traffic stop on Railroad Avenue at Morris Street conducted by Sgt. Jim Little resulted in the arrests of Isadore E. Reyes (36), a resident of 3rd. Street and Devin Graham (20), a resident of Camden. During the course of the stop, a quantity of marijuana and a loaded 9mm semi-automatic handgun were recovered from inside the vehicle. Isadore E. Reyes was charged with possession of CDS, possession or a weapon and certain persons not to possess a weapon. After processing, he was remanded to Camden County Jail pending a detention hearing. Devin Graham was charged with possession of CDS and released after processing.
