Woman's March in Philadelphia

    Philadelphia officials say the crowd size for the Women's March on Philly Saturday, January 21, 2017, more than doubled an earlier prediction. On Saturday afternoon, a spokesperson for Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney estimated 50,000 people turned out for the event. The crowd size predicted earlier in the week was 20,000 photos by Heidi Weaver

    Great Time, new faces, more laughs, menu bacon & eggs, coffee, juice, toast......Brooklawn crowd out-numbering City Boys......something wrong with the camera, pictures not too good.......could be the photographer! Winner of 50-50, Bob Sliwa, $70. Treasury Report for August $223.00 Those present: Harry Blymer, Jim Blymer, Joe Boulden, Jim Coppola, Bill Cleary, George Cleary, Frank DiFelice, Joe DiFelice. Joe DiGiacomo, Walt Hall, John Hindsley, Frank "Reds" Grandizio, Bill "The Buck" Graves, Bill Gross, Len Lacavara, Ron Middleton. Ken MacAdams, Joe Miller, Chalie Pitzo, Jack Persichette, Bill Ritchie, Ron Raube, Ed Simila, Chalie Tourtual, Harry Walker, Bob Weichmann, Bill Yeager Note: My count for Saturday was 27 present......if I forgot anyone let me know. Raube, DiFelice, were on time this month; something different. The Club meets the last Saturday of the month at 9 AM at the Dining Car Depot in Gloucester City. Next meeting Saturday, September 29, at 9 PM Get well wishes go out to Jim Ashe of Brooklawn. Jim, a Vietnam Veteran, is confined to the Veterans Home in Vineland.
