Philip S. Chafe, 3rd, of the 600 block of Division Street, reached a plea agreement that recommends he be sentenced to five years in state prison. Assistant Camden County Prosecutor Donna Spinosi said Chafe is charged with inappropriately touching seven boys, between 10 and 14 years old, between May 23 and June 14, 2007.
