On May 19, 2012, at 1:00pm, an unknown male forced entry into a building that is currently under renovation located at 5701 Kemble Avenue. Once inside the building, the suspect was captured on surveillance video cutting and removing large amounts of copper pipes for approximately 6 hours between 1:00pm to 7:00pm. The stolen copper was valued at approximately $50,000 and caused damage to the building while removing the copper.
- Suspect Description: Black male, 20-30 years-of-age, athletic build, goatee with mustache, wearing a green shirt, brace on his left wrist, blue jeans, necklace with a cross and dark colored shoes.
