GLOUCESTER CITY-It is now 9:05 am Friday, Feb. 5 and there were 2 cars on the last block of North Broadway. The sweeper went around them and they did NOT receive a ticket again. The sweeper is scheduled to come between 8-9am.
I took my grandkids to school and to the bus stop and saw the parking enforcement car 2 different times riding first on Essex street at 8:05 and then again at Monmouth and Broadway at 8:25am. She was not ticketing just driving around.
If my street is not being cleaned is my taxes going to be lowered? I don't think so. And this has been going on for quite a few weeks. Is the mayor aware that a city employee is being paid to not do her job.
